&lt;P&gt;생각보다&amp;nbsp;일찍 한국에서 녀석을 만나게 되어 기쁜 마음에&amp;nbsp;일부러&amp;nbsp;딸기까지 사다 샐러드를 만들었네요.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;드레싱은 엑스트라 버진 올리브오일에 후추 갈고 소금 조금 넣었습니다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;참고한 레시피에는&amp;nbsp;올리브 오일과 같은 양의 발사믹을 넣으라고 했는데&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;그러면 부라타 치즈 맛이 덜 할 거&amp;nbsp;같아&amp;nbsp;발사믹은 넣지 않았네요.&lt;/P&gt;

예전엔 미처 몰랐어요. 밀대로 안밀어도 도우가 된다는 것을... ㅎㅎ&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;무반죽 피자 도우에&amp;nbsp;필요한 재료는 이렇습니다.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;FONT color=#ff8b16&gt;&lt;FONT size=+0&gt;다목적 밀가루 500g,물 1과1/2컵, 소금 1과 1/2작은술, 이스트 1/4 작은술&lt;/FONT&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/FONT&gt;하지만 집에는 우리밀 통밀가루와&amp;nbsp;강력가루 뿐이고, &lt;br /&gt;
도우가 밀가루에 따라&amp;nbsp;어떻게 달라지는지 궁금하기도 해서,&amp;nbsp;먼저 통밀가루로&amp;nbsp;해보기로 했지요.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;반죽이 2배가 되도록 놔둬야 된다기에 처음부터 넉넉한 볼에 통밀 가루를 한 번 체쳐 넣고, &lt;br /&gt;
물 넣고, 소금 넣고, 이스트 넣고, 나무 수저로 가볍게&amp;nbsp;섞은 후, &lt;br /&gt;
손으로 대충 둥글게 모양 잡아서는 다시 볼에 넣었어요.&lt;br /&gt;
비닐 랩을 덮으라는데, 반죽이 답답할 것 같아 물 수건으로 덮어서는 비닐 봉지로 대충 감싸주었지요.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;20도 안팎의 실내 온도에서 사진처럼 반죽이 두배로 부푸는데 족히 15시간 이상은&amp;nbsp;넘게 걸리더만요.&lt;br /&gt;
무반죽이 편하긴 한데&amp;nbsp;피자를 구우려면 하루 전에는 반죽을 만들어 놔야겠더군요.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

반죽을 들어올리면 부드럽게 축 늘어져 밀대없이도 쭉쭉 늘어나는 도우가 되더군요.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color=#8e8e8e&gt;바로 먹을 것만 빼고 남은 반죽 2개는 용기에 따로 담아 냉장 보관했어요.&lt;br /&gt;
이러면 3일까지도 간다길래 나중에 해봤더니 정말 그렇더군요.&lt;br /&gt;
냉장고에 있던 반죽은 피자 도우를 만들기 3시간 전에 꺼내 놨다가 사용했어요.&lt;br /&gt;
