나랑 안맞았어요....<br />그렇게 한시간을 정신없이 보내다보니 마무리 운동도 못할 저질체력이 되어가지고는 나왔답니다.<br /><br /><br />그 휴유증으로 오늘 아무일도 못하고 피곤한 기분으로 하루를 보내고 있답니다..<br /><br />어제 느낀건..<br /><br />다이어트한다고 처음부터 너무 무리하게 운동을하면 역효과가 난다는거구요<br />또하나는 내가 원하는 운동을 트레이너님에서 요것저것 요구해야한다는거랍니다.<br />트레이너님들은 그냥 노멀하게 다들 하는 방식으로 설명을 해주시지만 우선 나 여기여기 <br />운동을 주로 하고싶다고 침튀기면서 얘기하시면 그렇게 맞게 설명해 주신다는거요.<br /><br /><br /><br />스텝퍼랑 에어로빅은 나에게 맞지않아서..저는 빼요^^<br />요가는 생각이 있답니다^^</P> 다이어트일기(한달) 다이어트일기 한달다이어트 하이션 애플티니션 http://appletini.tistory.com/17 http://appletini.tistory.com/entry/3%EC%9D%BC%EC%A7%B80624#entry17comment Wed, 24 Jun 2009 16:52:39 +0900 http://appletini.tistory.com/entry/3%EC%9D%BC%EC%A7%B8 우선 제키는 <STRONG><FONT color=#ff7635>162.3cm</FONT></STRONG><br />몸무게는 <FONT color=#ff7635><STRONG>54~53kg</STRONG></FONT>을 왔다갔다하고있답니다.<br />아마도 이게 내 몸이 유지하려는 몸무게인듯 많이먹어도 더 넘지를 않고 안먹어도 더 내려가지를 않아요.<br /><br />다이어트를 해야겠다는 <FONT color=#177fcd size=4>결심한이유</FONT>는<br /><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #faffa9">옷입을때 툭튀어나온 팔뚝살과<br /></FONT>그리고 자연스레 <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #faffa9">툭튀어나온 뱃살<br /></FONT>또....점점 두꺼워져서 다리까지도 숏~하게보이게 만드는 <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #faffa9">허벅지안쪽 살때문이랍니다</FONT>.<br /><br />더 더 중요한이유는 옷태도 안날뿐더라 <U>자신감감소의 역활을 이 살이 크게 하고있드라고요<br /></U><br /><br /><FONT color=#ff3399>더이상 대인기피증이니 우울증이니 여기서 빠져나오고싶은 마음뿐이랍니다</FONT><br /><br /><br /><FONT color=#177fcd size=4>식단문제</FONT>는요.. <FONT color=#9b18c1 size=5>소식</FONT>으로 선택했어요<br />제 스타일이 있을때는 마구 집어넣는 위가 찼다고 알려줘도 우선은 집어넣는 그래서 아파하는 스타일이랍니다. 고기를 어찌나 좋아하는지 예전에는 한달을 고기만 구워먹었던 기억이 난답니다. <br />야채는 절대 만지지도 않는스타일이였는데..나자나 그 전 남친들의 도움(!!!!)으로 먹기시작해서 <br />요즘에는 꽤 잘먹는답니다. 잘씹지도않고 많은 양을 먹으면서 행복해하는 스타일이랍니다. <br />여러번 식단조절을 해봤는데 그 스트레스가 장난이 아니더라구요. <br />그래서 스트레스주지않을려고요.. <br />밥은 원래 먹는 양에 2/3정도 먹고 일주일후에는 1/2 그리고 또 일주일 후에는 1/3만 먹을려고요 <br /><br /><br />그대신 참고 지킬건 <FONT color=#666699 size=3>술과 담배는 NO~~~라는거요</FONT>.<br /><br /><br /><br /><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" color=#177fcd size=4>운동</FONT>은 동네헬스장을 접수하고 다니기시작한지 3일째예요.<br />워밍업으로 20분정도 싸이클타주시고<br />근력운동은 삼일에 나눠서 하루는 등위주 둘째날은 팔 셋째날은 어깨,다리 그렇게<br />생각하고있고 근력운동&nbsp;
