QGIS 매뉴얼 번역본 초벌교정한 것이 나왔습니다.

아래 URL에서 참조하시기 바랍니다.

재벌 교정은 측량협회의 허민 박사님이 수고해 주시기로 하셨습니다.

이후 최종적으로 신상희 대표가 한 번 더 교정하고서 마무리하도록 하겠습니다.

「오픈소스 기반의 공간정보기술개발 R&D 전략」찬반토론회 개최

□ 토론회 목적

◦ 한국은 공간정보기술개발을 위하여 정부가 R&D에 투자해 왔으나 경쟁력있는 원천기술 확보에 이르지 못하는 실정

◦ 기술혁신을 위하여 개방형 전략이 널리 확산되고 있으나 공간정보분야에는 드물게 적용되고 있음

◦ 이에 국가주도 공간정보기술개발 R&D에 오픈소스전략 도입과 관련하여 관련분야 전문가의견을 수렴하고자 토론회를 개최함

- 특히 오픈소스전략을 도입한 경험이 있는 정보통신분야 전문가로부터 조언을 구함

- 또 R&D를 추진하고 있는 관계자들로부터 개방형 전략을 적용하기 어려운 한계점을 의견수렴함

□ 장소 및 일시

◦ 일시: 2012년 4월 27일(금) 15시-18시

◦ 장소: 국토연구원 10층 중회의실

- 16:00〜16:30 : 오픈소스전략 찬성측면 토론

Libgeotiff 1.4.0 이 발표되었습니다.

주요한 개선 사항은 아래를 참조해 주시기 바랍니다.

우리 한국어 지부와 관련된 사항으로는, EPSG 정보가 갱신되어 이제 오픈 소스 GIS를 이용하여 한국의 모든 좌표계를 표준에 맞게 영상에 임베딩할 수 있다는 것이 되겠습니다.

Folks,

I am pleased to announce the release of libgeotiff 1.4.0. There
are no changes since 1.4.0RC2. This release includes:

* An upgrade of EPSG support files to EPSG 7.9.
* Support for Cylindrical Equal Area.
* Fix for serious issues with false easting/northing units handling.
* Added GeogTOWGS84 tag to hold TOWGS84 transforms (not
part of the GeoTIFF Specification)
* A variety of bug fixes, full details in the ChangeLog

Note that this release is binary *incompatible* with libgeotiff 1.3.0
due to changes in the layout of the public GTIFDefn structure.

안녕하세요?

아래 링크에 QGIS 한글 매뉴얼 취합본을 공유해 드립니다.

일단 개별적으로 번역하신 분들의 파일을 모아서 하나의 파일로 대충 취합한 것입니다.

용어 통일이나 오탈자 교정 등의 작업은 하지 않은 것입니다.

너무 오랫 동안 계속 붙들고만 있는 것 같아 우선 공유해 드립니다.

필요한 분들은 사용하시기 바랍니다.

더불어 번역에 참여해 주신 분들께 이 자리를 빌어 다시 한 번 감사 드립니다.

그나저나 탈고 작업은 어떻게 해야 할까요?

오늘 PostGIS2.0이 발표되었다는 기쁜 소식이 있습니다.

PostGIS2.0에는 Raster Model에 대한 분석 기능과 공유경계에 대한 위상 모형이 추가되었고, 3D/4D 인덱싱
이 포함되었다고 합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래 공지문을 참조하시기 바랍니다.

The PostGIS development team is super excited,
can hardly believe that they are actually doing this,
aren't maybe even sure that they are ready to make
this kind of commitment, not so young, and not when
we have so much more living to do, but:

PostGIS 2.0.0 is complete and available for download.

* Index-based high performance nearest-neighbour searching
* Many more vector functions including

* ST_MakeValid
* ST_OffsetCurve
* ST_ConcaveHull
* ST_AsX3D
* ST_GeomFromGeoJSON
* ST_3DDistance
* Integration with the PostgreSQL 9.1 extension system
* Improved commandline shapefile loader/dumper
* Multi-file import support in the shapefile GUI
* Multi-table export support in the shapefile GUI
* A geo-coder optimized for free US Census
TIGER (2010) data

We are greatly indebted to our large community of beta testers
who valiantly tested PostGIS 2.0.0 and reported bugs so we could
squash them before release time.

Folks,

I am pleased to announce the release of PROJ 4.8.0. This is a major new feature release and collects all the work done since the PROJ 4.7.0 release in September 2009. The NEWS file includes these major items:

* Added the Natural Earth projection.
* Added HEALPIX, rHEALPIX and Icosahedral Snyder Equal Area projections.
* nad2bin now produces "CTable2" format grid shift files by default which are platform independent.
* nad2nad removed, use cs2cs for datum shift operations.
* projects.h no longer installed as a public include file. Please try to only use proj_api.h.
* Add pj_get_spheroid_defn() accessor.
* Added an alternate version of pj_init() that takes a projCtx (execution context) structure to address multithreading issues with error management and to provide a support for application hookable error reporting and logging.
* Upgrade to EPSG 7.9. Some changes in ideal datum selection.
* JNI bindings reworked, org.proj4.Projections deprecated in favor of org.proj4.PJ.
* Added preliminary vertical datum support.
* Fix various multithreading issues, particular in datum grid handling code.
* Added support for the +axis= option for alternate axis orientations as part of a coordinate system (used for TM South Orientated support).
* +proj=omerc implementatioin replaced with code from libproj4. +rot_conv flag no longer works, and some coordinate systems (ie. Malaysian) will need to use +gamma instead. "epsg" init file updated accordingly.

GRASS GIS 6.4.2 released

We are pleased to announce the release of a new stable version of
GRASS GIS. This release fixes bugs discovered in version 6.4.1 of the
program and adds a number of new features. This release includes over
760 updates to the source code since 6.4.1. As a stable release series,
the 6.4 line will enjoy long-term support and incremental enhancements
while preserving backwards-compatibility with the entire GRASS 6 line.

The new wxPython graphical user interface (wxGUI) has been updated
with many new features and tools. Python is now a fully supported
scripting language, including an updated Python toolkit to simplify
the authoring of personal scripts, support for NumPy based array
calculations, and a Python application interface for the GRASS C
libraries. Additionally, MS-Windows support continues to mature.
GRASS 6.4.2 debuts ten new modules, a new GUI cartographic composer
tool, a new GUI object-oriented modeling environment, and improved
infrastructure for installing community supplied add-on modules.

About GRASS GIS

The Geographic Resources Analysis Support System, commonly referred to
as GRASS, is an Open Source Geographic Information System (GIS) and
geospatial analysis toolkit. For nearly three decades, GRASS has
provided powerful raster, vector, and geospatial processing engines in
a single integrated software suite. GRASS includes tools for spatial
modeling of raster and vector data, visualization, the management and
analysis of geospatial information, and the processing of satellite
and aerial imagery. It also provides the capability to produce
sophisticated presentation graphics and publication-quality hardcopy
maps. GRASS has now been translated into twenty languages and supports
an extensive array of data formats. It is distributed under the terms
of the GNU General Public License (GPL).

GRASS differs from many other GIS software packages used in the

software is distributed free of charge. The source code is also freely
available, allowing for immediate customization, examination of the
