&lt;/b&gt;5시간 이내로 들어오는게 이번 대회의 목표였는데 이루진 못했다.&lt;br /&gt;
34km 지점까지는 쉬지 않고 달렸는데 그 후엔 또 걷고야 말았다.&lt;br /&gt;
걷더라도 어느 정도 걷고 뛰는 시간을 조절했어야 했는데 &amp;nbsp;그렇게 하지 못한게 원인인 것 같다.&lt;br /&gt;
6km 정도를 뛰다 걷다를 반복하다가 마지막 2km는 다시 달렸다.&lt;br /&gt;
결승점에 와보니 5시간을 넘겼구나하는 생각이 들었다.&lt;br /&gt;
역시나 기록을 보니 5시간을 넘겼다.&lt;br /&gt;
아쉽지만 이번에도 완주한 것에 만족해야 했다. 쩝~ !!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;/b&gt;음~ 춘천 마라톤을 완주할 수 있을까하는 생각이 든다.&lt;br /&gt;
오늘따라 뛰면서 생각을 너무 많이 했다.&amp;nbsp;물론 그것때문에 기록이 늦어진건 아니지만...&lt;br /&gt;
주변 사람들에 대한 온갖 감정이 쏟아져나왔다.&lt;br /&gt;
의도하지 않게 진행되고 있는 지금 내 현실이 나에겐 잘 맞지 않다고 느끼고 있는 것 같다.&lt;br /&gt;
진지하게 나를 다시 뒤돌아 봐야 하는게 아닐까하는 생각이 든다.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/b&gt;바람이 좀 많이 불어서 불편했지만 그런데로 달릴만 했다.&lt;br /&gt;
추울것 같아서 반팔 상의를 입고 얇은 바람막이 (그냥 이름만~ ㅋ) 상의를 하나 &amp;nbsp;더 걸쳤다.&lt;br /&gt;
역시 그냥 이름만 바람막이라 성능은 별로다. &lt;br /&gt;
뒤에 달린 모자만 바람에 휘날려서 많이 불편했다.&lt;br /&gt;
그래도 체온은 조금 보호해주니까 그정도로 만족~ ㅎ&lt;br /&gt;
오늘은 시계를 잘 챙겨왔기 때문에 여의도를 찍고 돌아올 때 시간을 한 번 확인했다.&lt;br /&gt;
1시간이 조금 넘었다. 잘 하면 2시간 이내에 들어올 수 있을 것 같아&lt;br /&gt;
속도를 좀 올렸다.&lt;br /&gt;
지난 번처럼 몸이 처지진 않아서 속도를 잘 유지하고 달렸다.&lt;br /&gt;
한 15km를 넘기는 지점부터 숨이 좀 차오르기 시작했다.&lt;br /&gt;
글쎄 풀코스면 모를까 20km에서 숨이 차오른다는건 내 근력에 문제가 있던지&lt;br /&gt;
아니면 심폐력이 많이 떨어졌던지 둘 중 하나가 아닐까 하는 생각이 들었다.&lt;br /&gt;
근력은 원래부터 많지도 않았으니 심폐력이 문제일듯했다.&lt;br /&gt;
올초부터 다시 담배를 피기 시작했는데 아마도 그것 때문에 많이 약해진 것 같다.&lt;br /&gt;
담배를 끊어야 하나 하는 생각이 들긴 하는데 아직까진 자신이 별로 없다.&lt;br /&gt;
한 번 끊었다가 다시 피니 아무래도 확신이 잘 서지 않는다.&lt;br /&gt;
숨을 할딱거리며 들어와보니 2시간 2분 57초다. &lt;br /&gt;
쩝~ 아직까진 2시간 이내는 좀 무린가~ ㅡㅡ;&lt;br /&gt;
몸을 좀 푼다음 어김없이 음료수 한 병 사서 차 안에서 마시고 집으로 왔다.&lt;br /&gt;
오늘은 막걸리가 땡긴다. &lt;br /&gt;

온몸에 힘이 별로 없다.&lt;br /&gt;
그냥 넘어갈까 하다가 연습은 해야겠기에 오후 3시쯤 나갔다.&lt;br /&gt;
완전히 여름 날씨다. 햇볓이 너무 뜨겁고 땀도 엄청날 것 같다.&lt;br /&gt;
차에서 내리니 시계를 가져오지 않았다. 이룬~ &lt;br /&gt;
대충 어림잡아 시간을 재야할 것 같다.&lt;br /&gt;
14:50:00 을 확인하고 뛰기 시작했다. &lt;br /&gt;
겨우 5분 뛰었는데 땀이 많이 흘러 내린다. 다리도 후들거리는게 숨이 턱턱 막혀온다.&lt;br /&gt;
그냥 오늘은 10km 정도 뛰는게 적당할 것 같은데...&lt;br /&gt;
일단 10km 반환점 가보고 생각하기로 하고 뛰었다.&lt;br /&gt;
5km 반환점을 지나니 몸이 좀 괜찮은 느낌이 든다. &lt;br /&gt;
아마도 10km 반환점을 돌아올 때 힘들 것 같지만 그래도 일단 가보기로 했다.&lt;br /&gt;
땀이 엄청 흘러내리고 기운은 점점 빠져간다. &lt;br /&gt;
그러고보니 오늘은 아침도 안먹고 점심도 먹는둥 마는둥 했다.&lt;br /&gt;
10km 지점까지는 잘 도착했는데 이제 돌아갈 일이 걱정이다.&lt;br /&gt;
벌써 허기가 지고 배가 고파온다. 목도 많이 말라온다.&lt;br /&gt;
15km 쯤 오니까 사람들이 힐긋힐긋 처다보면서 지나간다.&lt;br /&gt;
흠~ 왜 그러지? 얼굴에 뭐가 뭍었나? 이 사람들이 뛰는 사람 첨보나~ ㅡ,.ㅡ&lt;br /&gt;
아무튼 알 방법이 없으니 그냥 계속 달렸다.&lt;br /&gt;
17km 지점부터 완전히 퍼져버렸다. 한 1km 정도를 걷다가 다시 달렸다.&lt;br /&gt;
겨우 도착하자마자 차로가서 시간을 확인했다.&lt;br /&gt;
2시간을 훌쩍 넘어버렸다. 뭐 중간에 걸었으니 어쩔 수 없는 일이다.&lt;br /&gt;
오늘은 너무 햇볓이 강했고 날씨도 더웠다.&lt;br /&gt;
얼굴을 보니 사람들이 왜 쳐다봤는지 알 것 같다.&lt;br /&gt;
땀이 말라서 얼굴에 소금기가 서려있다.&lt;br /&gt;
오늘 덥긴 더웠나보다. 오래간만에 이런 모습을 보니 반가웠다.&lt;br /&gt;
얼른 차에서 돈을 꺼내서 음료수와 스니커즈 하나 사먹으면서 강바람을 쑀다.&lt;br /&gt;
지친 상태에서 먹는 초코바가 맛있긴한데 너무 달아서 다 못먹었다.&lt;br /&gt;
음료수만 진탕 마시고 좀 쉬다가 얼른 차로 돌아왔다.&lt;br /&gt;
저녁 때 조카 생일기념으로 저녁먹으러 가야해서~ ㅎㅎㅎ&lt;br /&gt;
집에 와서 샤워를 하니 짠맛이 느껴진다.&lt;br /&gt;
운동 하긴 했구나 하는 생각이 든다. 기록은 영~ 별로지만~ 그래도 땀은 지대로 흘렸네~ ^^&lt;br /&gt;
춘천 마라톤 대회 이제 어떻하나 하는 생각이 들지만 뭐 그냥 이렇게 연습하는 것 외엔 &lt;br /&gt;
딱히 방법이 없다. &lt;br /&gt;

비가 조금 오는 상태에서 뛰었다.&lt;br /&gt;
조금 추울것 같아 반팔을 입고 얇은 옷을 하나 더 걸쳤는데 생각보다 더웠다.&lt;br /&gt;
덕분에 땀을 더 많이 흘렸다.&lt;br /&gt;
오늘은 유달리 머릿속이 복잡했다. &lt;br /&gt;
화가 나기도 하고 복잡한 일들을 어떻게 풀지 고민하기도 하고 ...&lt;br /&gt;
때문에 달리기에 집중을 하지 못했다. &lt;br /&gt;
내가 요즈음 많이 예민해져있는 것 같다. &lt;br /&gt;
쓸데없는 고민들이라고 생각되긴 하는데 잘 떨쳐버려지지가 않는다.&lt;br /&gt;
뛰고 들어오는 길에 내 스스로를 잘 다스리는 길밖에 답이 없다는 생각이 들었다. &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

날씨가 너무 좋아보였다. &lt;br /&gt;
한강에 가까워질수록 바람도 살랑살랑 불어와 달리기 좋겠다는 생각이 들었다.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
그런데 막상 한강에 도착하자 바람이 엄청 불어댔다.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
동네에서 15분 정도 거리인데 이렇게 다른건가! ^^;&lt;br /&gt;
우선 몸부터 풀었다.&lt;br /&gt;
몸을 좀 많이 풀고 싶었는데 사람들이 너무 많아 멋적기도 하고 방해도 되고 해서 &lt;br /&gt;
간단히 10분정도로 마무리 하고 달리기 시작했다.&lt;br /&gt;
바람이 세게 불어왔다. 앞뒤가 아니라 옆으로 많이 불었다.&lt;br /&gt;
모자가 자꾸 벗겨지고해서 계속해서 다시 고쳐쓰면서 달렸다.&lt;br /&gt;
먼지도 좀 많이 날아다녀 뛰고나면 목이 좀 컬컬할 것 같다.&lt;br /&gt;
햇살이 좋아서 바람만 불지 않으면 딱 좋겠는데 뭐 다 좋을 순 없지 않은가!&lt;br /&gt;
화낸다고 해결될 문제도 아니고 그냥 달리자~ ㅋ&lt;br /&gt;
새로 운동화를 사고나서 (일부러 쿠션 좋은 걸로 골라서 샀다) &lt;br /&gt;
이번이 겨우 두 번째 달리기 이지만&amp;nbsp;확실히 무릎에 충격이 덜 간다는 생각이 든다.&lt;br /&gt;
무릎에 대한 걱정이 없어지자 달릴 때 마음이 좀 더 편해졌다.&lt;br /&gt;
그 동안 나하고 잘 맞지 않은 운동화를 신었나보다.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
달리다 보니 어느덧 목표 지점에 거의 다 왔다.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
초반에 좀 힘들었지만 후반부에서는 집중이 잘 된 것 같다.&lt;br /&gt;
한 700m 정도를 남겨두고 시계를 보니 58분이 막 넘어갔다.&lt;br /&gt;
요즈음 1시간 이내에 들어온적이 없다. &lt;br /&gt;
오늘은 기회다 싶어 속도를 좀 올려봤다.&lt;br /&gt;
도착해서 보니 59분 38초다! &amp;nbsp;휴~ 겨우 들어왔다. ^^;&lt;br /&gt;
요즈음 연습량을 좀 늘려보고 싶은데 회사가 멀어져서 평일에는 한강에 나가기가 힘들다.&lt;br /&gt;
그래서 생각한게 헬스장이다. &lt;br /&gt;
런닝머신은 나하고 좀 안맞지 싶긴한데 그래도 매일 연습하려면 그 방법이 제일 좋을 것 같다.&lt;br /&gt;
회사 건물 지하에 있으니 퇴근하기 전에 뛰고 오면 어떨까 싶다.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

요즈음 무라카미 하루키의 '달리기를 말할 때 내가 하고 싶은 이야기' 라는 책을 보고 있다.&lt;br /&gt;
달리는 사람들이 비슷한 생각들을 가지고 있는건지 나하고 공통점이 많다는 생각을 했다.&lt;br /&gt;
특히 달릴 때 어떤 생각을 하는지 써놓은 대목은 100% 공감한다.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
아무튼 이 책을 보다보니 지금 날씨가 비도 오고 그 비가 방사능이 어쩌고 저쩌고 하더라도&lt;br /&gt;
오늘은 무조건 뛰어야겠다는 생각이 들었다.&lt;br /&gt;
이번에도 역시나 비가 아주 조금 오다가 내가 한강으로 나가니까 더 많이 오더라.&lt;br /&gt;
그리고 역시나 달리기 끝나고 들어올 때 그치더라. 아~ 진짜~ -_-;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
비올 때 달리는 맛은 역시 고요한 빗소리 그리고 그 고요함을 살짝 깨우는 &lt;br /&gt;
내 발자욱 소리 그리고 그에 맞추어 나오는 내 거친 숨소리가 아닐까 싶다.&lt;br /&gt;
컨디션만 좀 더 좋았으면 오래 달릴만한 분위기였는데 조금 아쉬웠다.&lt;br /&gt;
컨디션이 안좋아서인지 오늘따라 많은 생각들이 오고 갔다.&lt;br /&gt;
물론 후반부에서는 다시 제대로 집중이 되었지만 오늘따라 좀 많긴 했다.&lt;br /&gt;

조금만 더 있었으면 감기 걸릴 것 같아서 후다닥 스트레칭하고 집으로 왔다.&lt;br /&gt;
따뜻한 물로 샤워하니 한결 기분이 나아졌다.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
역시 땀흘리고 뜨거운 물로 샤워할 때가 짱이다. ㅋ&lt;br /&gt;

많이는 못하더라도 가능한 자주 나오도록 노력해야겠다.&lt;br /&gt;
