친구의 블로그에 놀러갔다가

고해상도의 태극기 이미지를 찾지 못해 애를 먹었다는 글을 보았어요.

결국 고해상도 (3200px * 2400px)의 이미지를 찾아서 사용한 것 같았지만,

혹시나 하여 만들어보기로 했습니다

작도법은 어렵지 않아서 그리는데는 문제가 없었지만, 색은 문제였습니다.

그래서 검색을 해보았더니 기본이 되는 컬러는 판톤컬러였지만, 컴퓨터로 작업하려니 정확한 색을 표현 하는것은 쉽지 않더군요..

최대한 비슷한 색으로 맞춘다고 하였지만,

사용하는 사람이 마음에 들지 않는다 하면 알아서 바꿔서 사용하길 바랍니다.

THINKK Studio and Studio 248 at Ventura Lambrate

Bangkok designers THINKK Studio and Studio 248 will team up to present furniture and lighting at Ventura Lambrate in Milan next month, including this adjustable lamp that’s held together by a single cord slotted through the components.

Other exhibits will include a chair with a double back for different sitting positions, a wardrobe designed for picking out and displaying seven outfits for the week and a set of vases that won’t stand up straight.

The third edition of Ventura Lambrate design district in the north east of Milan will be open from 17 to 22 April 2012.

Here are some more details from the designers:

Observing specific details in the simplest everyday actions resulted in this collaborative project by THINKK Studio and Studio 248 that explores specific gestures unmet by conventional furniture: “ARMS chair”, a multi-armrest chair for various sitting gestures, and “7-day-closet” for personalising outfit selections for the week.

This collaboration also features works with hidden twists such as “Merging Top”: stackable tilted vase set that puts the fun back into flower arranging, and “Crane Lamp”: simple at first glance, but its flexible joints can transform it into many different shapes and positions.

Our collaborative project will be exhibited at Ventura Lambrate (Ventura LAB), Via Massimiano 6, Milan during 17th -22nd April 2012.

ARMS chair

Nowadays, many chair designs are focused on creating unique forms and materials, but very few of them consider the functions that we often overlook. Having carefully observed the way people sit on chairs, we found that the armrest is in fact, an interesting object; it can be used in so many ways, positions and at so many different heights, representing formal or informal expressions. “ARMS chair” offers additional armrests to answer to different sitting gestures, making it unique to each user despite its simple form.

7-day-closet
Designed by Studio 248

We often find our closets overcrowded with clothes we rarely wear. And of course, more than often, we find ourselves spending ages to find that favourite item we wear all the time. This “7-day-closet” will help you set out what to wear week by week, featuring your favourite outfits, for your working day, holiday, or for whatever occasion that suits your mood. The design is versatile to suit each person’s unique style: the pole can be rotated outwards, making room for longer dresses or pants. The drawers are designed for more casual outfits that can be folded on top of each other, so you could simply pull out your favourite design from the stack. Everyone plans ahead what to do week by week, so why can’t we do the same with clothes?

Merging Top
Designed by THINKK Studio

Inspired from a classic toy known as the Spinning Top, “Merging Top” comes with 2 different vases, of different shapes, sizes, and degrees of tilt, to create new styles of flower arrangements. The small vase can be stacked on top of the large vase, transforming into a sculpture-like form that combines two contrasting materials which complement each other. With this Merging Top, flower arranging takes on another level of fun.

Crane Lamp
Designed by Studio 248

“Crane Lamp” is inspired from the shape of the crane used in construction sites, which can transform into different formations. Likewise, this lamp is able to twist and turn according to the user’s desire, through the simplest and most seamless joints. The craftsmanship of this Ash-wood creation makes it appear like an unsuspecting piece of sculpture, ready to transform into a lamp at any time.

Shoes by Kobi Levi

Dezeen in Israel: these high-heeled shoes that look like inflatable sex dolls are part of a collection of footwear by Tel Aviv designer Kobi Levi.

The Blow shoes were designed to highlight how high heels are synonymous with sex and accompany a second pair where the heel illustrates the act of sex itself.

Other handmade shoes in the collection depict different animals and birds.

One pair, named Slide, is designed to look like a playground slide with a bright blue ladder for a heel, while another pair resembles banana skins.

Kobi Levi Footwear Art – About the designs

Elephant

This is a very elegant design, which balances between the heaviness of the huge mammal to the lightness of a high heel shoe. Every aspect of the elephant is tuned down just a little. This creates an illusion of gentleness and calmness that is probably quite rare in the wild. The long trunk extends the length of the shoe and gives is a long and slim look.

The elephant is lovely and even cute, despite his enormous size. Its shape is very recognizable and loved by most viewers.

The upper tries to mimic the big elephant ears, which are always moving from side to side, chasing away flies and so on.

Slide

The basic idea for this design came from listening to customers of Kobi’s commercial designs complaining about their feet sliding inside high heel shoes. This made Kobi think about the connection between slides in a children’s playground and high heel shoes. The resemblance between the two silhouettes is striking.

The colors of this design celebrate the playfulness and joyfulness of playing grounds. The heel is made of steel in a very delicate and elaborate work.

Blow and XXX Pump

These designs try to push the usage of high heel shoes as sex objects to extreme. High heels shoes are promoting sex or hinting about sex all around us. They have become synonym with sexual displays of various kinds. Kobi has decided to show this in the most outspoken way by creating a shoe shaped as an inflatable sex doll and naming it “Blow”.

XXX is a vulgar extreme close-up display of a sexual act, disguised as a basic high heel shoe in a neutral, harmless, nude color.

Both designs challenge us to reflect on the common usage of sexual icons and imageries in the everyday media.

Dog

The idea for this design came from observing a dog breathing heavily with his ears fallen down to the ground. The ears became into a double heel and the mouth is now a peep-toe.

Banana

The combination of banana peels and shoes usually leads to unpleasant accidents.

Kobi saw the banana as a slipper, inviting the feet to slip inside and wear its bright color all around. With the heel shaped as one of the peels, the whole banana is complete. Both heel andsole are made of one aluminum piece, which gives the design strength and durability.

Miao

The inspiration for this style came from watching a cat stretch his back.

The image is obtained by freezing the motion of the cat into a single “frame”. Using a silhouette of a “frozen frame” creates a sense of movement, which gives life to the design. It seems as though the cat is about to jump forward in a giant leap. The long, playful tail and the pink strap with the tiny bell add character and personality. We have all seen this cat somewhere before.

Slingshot

The idea for this design came when Kobi noticed the “tension” created when walking with Flip Flops: The upper stretches and flips back the sole to the foot. Kobi rearranged the sole- strap connection, fixed it, and created a high heel flip flop inspired by a Sling Shot.

This design captures and emphasizes the movement which characterizes flip flops. This movement is stopped and frozen to create the design. The Materials used for the upper: leather. The heel is made of wood.

다소 선정적인게 섞여 있긴 하지만, 뭐 그정도는 성인이니까_

The Cloud by MVRDV

Dutch architects MVRDV have designed two skyscrapers for Seoul, Korea, that will be joined at the hip by a pixelated cluster.

The cluster of blocks will swell out from the twenty-seventh floors of the 260 and 300 metre-high towers, collectively named The Cloud, to accommodate an atrium, restaurants, gym facilities, a conference centre and office-hotels.

Luxury apartments are to fill the remaining floors of the 54 and 60 storey towers, some of which will feature double-height rooms.

Townhouses will occupy the ground levels, while the top floors will be reserved for penthouses.

Landscape architect Martha Schwartz has designed a series of plazas, gardens and pools to surround the new buildings.

The project is part of a masterplan for the area by New York architects Studio Libeskind and is due to complete in 2015.

MVRDV designs The Cloud: two connected luxury residential towers in Seoul, Korea

Yongsan Dream Hub corporation presented today the MVRDV designed residential development of the Yongsan Business district: two connected luxury residential high-rises. A 260 meter tall tower and a 300 meter tall tower are connected in the centre by a pixelated cloud of additional program offering amenities and outside spaces with wide views. The towers with a total surface of 128,000m2 are expected to be completed in 2015.

The two towers are positioned at the entrance of the Yongsan Dreamhub project, a master plan designed by Studio Libeskind, extending the business district of the South Korean capital Seoul. The southern tower reaches a height of 260 meters with 54 floors, the northern tower 300 meters with 60 floors. Halfway, at the level of the 27th floor the cloud is positioned, a 10 floor tall pixelated volume, connecting the two towers. The cloud differentiates the project from other luxury developments, it moves the plinth upwards and makes space on ground floor level for public gardens, designed by Martha Schwartz.

Usually a high-rise adds little to the immediate surrounding city life, by integrating public program to the cloud the typology adds in a more social way to the city. Inside the cloud, besides the residential function, 14,357m2 of amenities are located: the sky lounge – a large connecting atrium, a wellness centre, conference centre, fitness studio, various pools, restaurants and cafes. On top of the cloud are a series of public and private outside spaces, patios, decks, gardens and pools. To allow fast access the cloud is accessible by special express elevators.

The luxurious apartments range from 80m2 to 260m2 of which some offer double height ceilings , patios or gardens. The towers with a perfect square floor plan contain four corner apartments per floor offering each fine daylight conditions and cross ventilation. Each tower is accessed via a grand lobby at ground level; the rest of the ground floor is divided into town houses. In addition to the amenities the Cloud furthermore contains 9,000m2 of Officetel (Office-Hotel) a typical Korean typology and 25,000m2 panoramic apartments with specific lay-outs. The top floors of both towers are reserved for penthouse apartments of 1200m2 with private roof gardens.

The structural facade reveals the program behind it and its characteristic grid is extended over the surroundings where it creates gardens, pools and plazas. Parking is solved underground and the next metro station is in five minutes walking distance.

MVRDV is lead architect and works with architect of record Siaplan, Arup, Benoy Retail architects and Martha Schwartz Partners for the landscape.
