			<title>청시로 장을 튼튼하게, 집중력을 기르자.</title>

			<description>&lt;P&gt;혓바늘로 거의 1년간을 고생을 해서 거금을 주고 건강검진을 받았다.&lt;br /&gt;
그런데, 건강에 거의 문제가 없다는 결과가 나왔고,&lt;br /&gt;
단지, 활성산소가 많으니 토마토나 당근을 많이 먹으라는 권유를 받았다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;활성산소 제거를 위해 어떤 게 좋을까 검색을 하다가&lt;br /&gt;
우연히 청국장에 대해 관심을 갖게 되었고,&lt;br /&gt;
청국장과 효모를 결합한 '청시'라는 것을 알게 되었다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;내가 청시를 선택하게 된 이유는..&lt;br /&gt;
청국장으로 만들었지만 청국장 냄새가 전혀나지 않는다는 점 때문이다.&lt;br /&gt;
(청국장 맛은 조금 난다.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;주기적으로 먹기 위해서는 회사에서 복용하는 게 가장 좋은데,&lt;br /&gt;
냄새가 나면 아무래도 신경이 쓰이기 때문이다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;그래서, 주문을 하고 처음 복용하던 날..&lt;br /&gt;
난 정말 깜짝 놀랐다.&lt;br /&gt;
복용한지 5분도 채 안되서 장이 꿈틀꿈틀하고 몸에 전기가 찌릿찌릿한 게&lt;br /&gt;
마치, 몸의 독이 해독되고 머리와 눈이 밝아지는 느낌이 들었다. (조금 과장을 하자면..ㅋ)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;복용한지 이제 2주쯤 지났는데,&lt;br /&gt;
몸이 한결 가벼워졌고 집중력이 훨씬 좋아졌다.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;시험삼아 형에게도 먹어보게 했는데 몸이 가벼워졌다며 아주 좋아한다.&lt;/P&gt;

			<title>지루성피부염을 어성초&amp;삼백초환으로 치료하다.</title>

수시로 두피에 여드름같은 게 생겨 간지럽다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;대학생 때는 비듬샴푸만 썼다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color=#2b8400&gt;직장생활을 하면서는 병원에 가서 치료도 받아봤지만, 큰 효과는 없었다.&lt;br /&gt;

경훈이는&amp;nbsp;교회 다른&amp;nbsp;친구들과는&amp;nbsp;많이 다른 독특한&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;녀석인데,&lt;br /&gt;
이상형은 &quot;기도하는 여자&quot;고, 무언가 일을 하게 되면 그것은 &quot;하나님 말씀에 반응하는 것&quot;이다.&lt;br /&gt;
그리고, 일주일에 하루는 금식을 한다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;농구실력은 거의 선수급이고,&lt;br /&gt;
기타치고 노래 부르는 실력은 작은 음악회에 앞에 나갈 수 있는 정도는 된다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;얼마 전에 통화를 하면서&lt;br /&gt;
경훈이가 하나님께서 자신을 지금까지와는 다른 길로 인도하실 것 같다고 했다.&lt;br /&gt;
구체적으로 무엇인지는 알 수 없지만 기도해 달라고 했다.&lt;br /&gt;
내가 기도하겠다고 하니까 무척 기뻐하며 고맙다고 했다.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color=#7293fa&gt;난 다른 건 모르지만...&lt;br /&gt;
경훈이가 기도하고 하나님께 순종할 마음가짐이 돼 있는 녀석이라는 건 확신한다.&lt;br /&gt;
경훈이를 위해 기도하는 건 나의 기쁨이고,&lt;br /&gt;
경훈이가 하나님의 일을 위해 더 열심히 뛸 수 있다면 그렇게 할 것이다.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
